Olivia is originally from Brazil, but she has been living in Canada for years now with her Canadian husband and her son. She was inspired to learn how to cook healthy dishes after her husband discovered that his glycemic level was high. Then, she took healthy culinary classes and food photography courses. In 2014, Primavera Kitchen was launched, and it changed her life for the better. Just two years after that, she quit her full-time teaching job to run her site exclusively because she wanted to inspire others to eat healthy uncomplicated meals too.
