Audrey Le Goff was born in beautiful Brittany, a small fisherman’s town on the Atlantic Coast of France. She then lived and studied in several parts of France, Finland, and Australia before settling in Niagara, Canada, after obtaining her Masters of Communications and Foreign Languages.
When Audrey arrived in North America, Audrey found that many people had a misconception of French food and that simple and regional recipes were too often unknown. So, it came naturally that “Pardon Your French” would be the place where she shared her love for French food with others. She shares simple home-cooking recipes, including well-known French Classics and lesser-known regional dishes, making French cooking more approachable to home cooks around the world. Audrey loves rustic, comforting, indulgent home cooking.
As a self-taught home cook and photographer, Audrey hopes that “Pardon your French” can show her readers that French food, beyond the clichés, can be both humble and filled with stories and delicious twists.
