Paddle Boarding Arena

Patrick is the owner and operator of this blog. He shares helpful information about various sports and products he has bought or that people he knows have tested. This is a blog by a water sports enthusiast for other enthusiasts. It is dedicated to providing information about different types of sports, such as stand-up paddleboarding, surfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, and others.

The information that he shares here is from his own experiences, well, mostly, and from well-researched information from trusted sources. His first paddleboarding experience was in 2015, in a place called Malindi, in Kenya, East Africa. First, he and his group were given a short, 30-minute SUP lesson, and then they followed their instructor into the water.

Needless to say, he fell into the water more times than he was on the board. But for some reason, he wanted to do it more and more. After returning home, he could not get the experience out of his mind. He decided to buy his own inflatable paddleboard and use it every opportunity he got.

The thrill of being in control of a board on bouncy and gripless water was too much, and every weekend, he could not wait to get away and have some fun. Until he garnered enough mastery in balancing on a paddleboard, choosing a good board, paddling fast, paddling in a straight line, and other skills. When one of his friends saw how good he had become one year later, she advised him to help other beginners with information.

Secondly, he intends to help people find the right water sports gear, so he will occasionally try some gear, and then he will write about it from first-hand experience. He also intends to add a few more sections on wakeboarding, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, and canoeing.

Finally, Patrick is a one-man army, so forgive him if he takes a bit longer. He likes to take his time so that he can provide you with high-quality and actionable information.
