Tasha's Artisan Foods

Natasha loves more than anything else and is sharing the joys of food with others. That is what led her to create this blog six years ago, and what motivates her to keep creating food and sharing her kitchen stories.

Her food philosophy is all about scrumptious, simple eating, made with seasonal and wholesome ingredients. Eating well should not be difficult, and all of her recipes are made with that in mind. She is always trying to add healthy tweaks to her recipes wherever she can. Nothing makes her want to create food more than fresh fruits and vegetables! She loves seasonal baking and cooking, playing around with whatever she has grown in her garden, or picked up in her market hauls. She shares plenty of her favorite Indian meals, snacks, and desserts often passed down through family recipes.

Natasha is highly influenced by the culinary experiences in her life. May it be from travel, dining out, or even just reading about food. In this space, she shares recipes she adapted from other cultures, cookbooks, and whatever else has inspired her. Her ultimate inspiration, one that will always reflect in her work, is from her parents. From them, she learned the patience, skills, and love that need to go into all of her food. Every recipe she makes has a piece of them.
