Jenny is the person behind her food blog. The kitchen is one of her favorite places where she cooks up anything from her family’s recipes to new recipes, to traditional Italian dishes. She currently lives in Michigan with her husband and children. Her cucina is inspired by three main cultures: American, Italian, and Tunisian. She hopes visitors will stick around, try some recipes, eat with their family, and enjoy a few Italian anecdotes here and there.

The goal of the blog is to provide quality recipes adapted for those living in the States and Italy/Europe by providing both US measurements and Metric measurements and using ingredients that can be sourced in either location. Most recipes are also compatible with tiny kitchens and limited equipment. She's a professional ballerina and dance instructor turned baking and cooking enthusiast, grounded by faith in Jesus. Or, Ballerina, Baker, Beloved.

When it comes to food, she believes all things can and should be enjoyed in moderation. That's why a visitor must find a variety of recipes, from vegan to gluten-free, dinner to dessert, and refined sugar-free to sugar-full. They're all her favorite recipes, whether created by her, handed down from her mom, or adapted from fellow food blogging friends around the web. All recipes are written up or modified, tested, baked, and photographed in her kitchen for the best quality recipes. All photos are her own unless otherwise specified.
