Joss is the creator and editor of In the Kitch, and she shares her passion and love for being in the kitchen. She is a home cook with a strong interest in culinary arts. When she was four, she would say that she was going to be a chef one day and her interest in food only grew from there.
She was born and raised on a grain farm with a large garden and orchard which her brothers and I had to help out with 6 days a week. She did a lot of traveling/working abroad, allowing her to experiment with many different foods. Now, she enjoys the small-city life with her husband and two little sidekicks (my kids) who love to help out with every meal they can! They also contribute their own recipes here.
