Michelle is a former accountant who now follows her true passion: cooking. She believes that good food is one of life’s greatest joys, and she loves sharing food and cooking for others. She lives on a beautiful old farm in the mountains of Pennsylvania with her husband.
Michelle cooks just about every meal every day, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She learned a long time ago that she doesn’t have to have a big, fancy kitchen, be a trained chef, or spend hours in the kitchen to make fabulous food. She is a self-taught home cook who learned from watching her mom, her grandma, and the Food Network. For many years, she worked 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, but she was determined to make home-cooked meals almost every day, so she became a self-proclaimed expert in finding easy and delicious recipes that don’t take a ton of time. Almost everything she cooks is done in less than an hour. She cooks from scratch as much as possible and keeps overly-processed ingredients to a minimum.
Michelle has personally cooked, tested, and photographed every single recipe on her blog, and they are all her favorites. She wants to share her recipes with others so they can enjoy them too. Her blog is a go-to place where you can always come to find something simple and delicious to cook.
