Coupon Clipping Cook

Nancy is an individual who loves to cook and save money on groceries by using coupons and shopping for sales. Coupon Clipping Cook is a blog where one can browse hundreds of simple, fun, and delicious recipes for dinners, desserts, the Holidays, and traditional food made with a twist. Nancy started this blog in 2011 because she enjoyed following other food blogs so much that she just had to start one of her own.

On this site, people can also find comfort food, recipe collections, quick and easy recipes, kid-friendly recipes, and much more with step-by-step pictures and instructions. What Nancy really likes about her food blog is of course creating recipes, but also learning about the technology, photography, and all of the other ins and outs associated with running a blog. She worked for a number of years in a grocery store.

In addition, Nancy learned about different types of food, not only from being familiar with all of the items sold in the store but also from talking with customers about their go-to recipes. One of her favorite things about working at the grocery store was learning about recipes from the customers.

Furthermore, when Nancy is not in the kitchen, clipping coupons, or watching any and all food-related shows, one of the things she may be doing is hanging out with her Boston Terrier, Bubba Jay. She is a self-taught cook who likes to come up with recipe ideas and test them out. And when the food becomes tasty and delicious, she posts them on this blog with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Some of the recipes on this blog are those that her grandmother or mother made, and that she is still making today like “Simple Fried Chicken” and “Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Meat”.

Nancy loves Mexican food, so a visitor will find a number of wonderful tortillas, guacamole, and salsa-related recipes here too. Many of the recipes she makes come from the inspiration she gets from little things like fresh produce that looks good, a new ingredient she finds at the grocery store, a pretty bowl or plate, or even food cravings that come to her mind out of nowhere.
