Michel is a sales trainer and author in his professional life. He wrote several books on sales, and one of them turned out to be a best-seller. This blog is all about chess. He started playing chess in the late sixties. At some point, he got very fanatic about it and played in lots of tournaments.
He won several prizes in, for instance, the Hoogovens Tournament (nowadays TATA Steel), IBM, and local tournaments and competitions. At some moment in the early eighties, he stopped playing chess. At the end of 2012, suddenly his interest was renewed. Probably because he does not run so far anymore, to his horror, he suddenly realized what he had missed all these years. But enough about himself. Visitors are suggested to go to the pages, and Michel hopes every visitor will enjoy his scribbles.
