She discovered baking after stumbling upon a baking show one weekend morning. At the tender age of 8, she found herself captivated by the simple magic of mixing the right ingredients to create a cake whenever she pleased. It was a moment that hooked her for life, and she devoted every spare moment to delving into the art of baking. Despite facing numerous failures and tirelessly retesting recipes she crafted over the years, she's now eager to share the lessons she's gathered on her journey as a self-taught baker and recipe developer.
