In this blog, different types of cooking in Portugal are shared, where ingredients like olive oil, onions, garlic, parsley, and coriander are essential in Portuguese cuisine. These are thus important components of a Mediterranean diet, which is very nutritious, healthy, and a part of World Heritage. The blog also has a YouTube channel with several videos explaining all the steps of the recipes and the respective ingredients and quantities.

They mainly feature Portuguese dishes but not only.
