Fiona is a 'Natural Health Consultant and Educator' and offers consultations to help individuals balance their body's natural defenses so it can heal itself. After 20 years as a freelance journalist/marketing consultant, she decided to study naturopathy and gained a diploma in Natural Health Education and Consultation from the AMCC.

She has since become an enthusiastic advocate of 'real,' nutritious and tasty food. The food she usually prepares is probably best described as a healthy, spiced-up take on traditional French fare. She seems to spend much of her time either making it, eating it, or clearing it up, so she thought she might as well blog about it as well. In her opinion, like chicken soup, occasional decadence is good for the soul.

Having lived in the UK, USA, and now France for the past 30 years, Fiona has eclectic culinary tastes. She loves to ride, hike, ski, cook, take photos, write, and talk.
